Highlighting a recent presentation by James Turk in which he described silver as having " the most bullish chart I've ever seen on the face of the planet ," the commodities commentator for UK's MoneyWeek analyzes the chart, writing that "I'm going to ignore the huge bullish fundamental case for silver" and just "look at the technicals.
